Mission of the Podcast

In November 1831, the Lord commanded the Church Historian to make “a history of all the important things which he shall observe and know concerning my church;” (D&C 69:3) this history would “be for the good of the church, and for the rising generations.” (D&C 69:8) Many Church leaders since then have taught that remembering our unique history can increase our gratitude for God’s kindness, strengthen our resolve to live the gospel, provide patterns for overcoming adversity, and help us understand our true identity as children of God.

This is our attempt to tell our stories so that we can "remember what the Lord has done" (Alma 29:10) in our lives and the lives of those we know.
